East Gate access to Fish and Game Park. The fairgrounds sit on the banks of the Oldman River, just a few minutes from the town of Fort MacLeod. Look for the signs once you're close. You'll hear the music before you see the gate.
Parking
Gates open at 9:00am on the Friday The Fair begins.
Free parking in the designated area. Park at the top and walk in to camp.
$30 Vehicle Access Fee: it's $30 every time a vehicle comes into the campground, and that covers the whole weekend if it stays put. Drive out and back in and it's $30 again each time. Space is limited, first come first served. No re-entry into lower camping after dark, for everyone's safety.
The $30 vehicle fee is collected at the gate. No card or tap on site. Bring cash if you're driving in.

Camping Info
- Camping is available only to those who purchase a Festival Pass.
- Fairgrounds open to patrons at 9am Friday. All fairgoers must vacate by 7pm Sunday.
- Camp sites are first come, first served. Lots of folks arrive early Friday morning before gates open to grab a spot they like. Please don't block off sites to reserve for friends. Camping is strictly first come, first served.
- Tenting is free. Any vehicle that comes into the campground is $30 each time it enters, whether you're camping in it, parking it next to your tent, or just driving in to drop off gear.
- That $30 covers the whole weekend if the vehicle stays put. General parking is free up in the upper area, and tenters are welcome to walk their gear in from there and skip the fee entirely.
- Vehicle passes are purchased on site when you arrive, cash only. If you drive your vehicle out (e.g. into town for supplies) and bring it back, it's $30 again each time. To keep the roads clear and safe for the little ones, there's no re-entry into lower camping after dark.
- Trailer space in lower camping fills up quickly. Sites aren't designated, so please park larger units to leave maximum room for your neighbours. Crew can help direct.
- No power in the campsite. Potable water is available via a water trailer.
Volunteer Camping
- Volunteer camping begins 5pm Thursday prior to the Fair and ends 7pm Sunday.
- Volunteers actively involved in setup or strike may, with permission, camp on site before or after the designated dates.
- Check in to camp Thursday between 5pm and 9pm, or check in with regular campers any time after 9am Friday.
- We appreciate the hard work that makes the Fair possible. Volunteers arriving before Friday may use their vehicles to drop off camping gear, and we ask that you set a good example by parking in the lot at the top of the hill.
- Volunteers who need to camp in or with their vehicles will not be charged a vehicle access fee. The safety rule still applies to everyone though: no vehicle re-entry into lower camping after dark.
- Non-volunteer fairgoers are charged $30 each time a vehicle comes into the campground. That covers the weekend if it stays put. Drive out and back and it's $30 again each time, with no re-entry into lower camping after dark.
Bring
Food, water, sleeping gear, sun block, bug spray, hand sanitizer, snacks, weather-appropriate clothes, acoustic instruments, cash, a sunny disposition. Be harmless. Have a great time.
Leave at Home
Glass bottles. Fireworks. Dogs. Illegal substances. Weapons. Amplified instruments. Stereos and canned music. A bad attitude. Do nothing that will offend your camp neighbours or hurt the festival vibe.
House Rules
Complaints regarding behaviour will be treated on a two-strike basis. First one gets a warning, second strike results in being escorted from the grounds. Neatness counts too: the most obnoxious or garbage-strewn camp just might have to wear gum on their noses for the rest of the Fair, just so's you know. We social media shame.

- No aggression, fighting or swearing
- No car stereos or blasters

- No vehicle traffic after 10pm
- Generator hours: 10am – 1pm

- Don't swim alone. Swim at your own risk
- Use the portable toilets, not the bush
- No littering. Clean up after yourself
- Recycle in proper bins
